The Vesta package is an option that allow face to face support during the very important recovery period after giving birth. The new baby stage is magical but it can also be overwhelming. It is a time of self discovery After mother has given birth, I am there to help nurture and support the relationship developing between mother and baby. This is also a period to focus on nourishing new mothers body. Her body is not as nourished, has just gone through immense explosion of fluids, life, and energy and at this point and requires care and attention for proper recovery.  

It is my goal to make sure new mom’s body is properly looked after as mother is focusing on connecting to baby and nourishing new baby

Based on your identified area of necessity, postpartum doula services may include: overnight support, newborn care, light housekeeping and meal prep, local errands, assistance with siblings, lactation support, holistic postpartum services,  as well as assistance in adjusting to the demands of being new parents or parents all over again.
